The physicians and research coordinators at Capital Allergy and Respiratory Disease Center have a strong commitment to clinical research. We have multiple ongoing clinical trials throughout the year. Our interests include treatment of:
- Allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis
- Treatment of asthma in adults and children, management if nocturnal asthma and mechanisms of asthma.
- Chronic infections and immunologic disease.
- Infectious diseases: chronic sinus infections, chronic pneumonia, chronic otitis and chronic sinusitis.
- Allergic skin diseases including urticaria (hives), eczema and contact dermatitis.

The adult and pediatric patients who qualify for participation
in these studies will be provided with free study-medication, free
study specific testing (which may include lung function testing,
skin testing, chest x-rays and laboratory testing, physical examination
as well as monetary compensation.
