Appointments
New and follow-up visits are by appointment only, with emergency visits available
when necessary. Cancellations should be made with at least 24 hour
notice. No appointment is needed for allergy shots. Allergy shot
administration hours are posted in all offices. Click

Prescription Policy
Prescriptions refills are generally valid for a maximum of one year.
Patients must have been seen in the office within the past six months in order to have a prescription refilled.
Patients calling in for a refill beyond the one year period must make an appointment; then they will receive a limited prescription to sustain them until the appointment (one time only).
Emergency Calls
We provide 24 hour physician availability for telephone coverage of emergency conditions for established patients.
Patients who receive treatment from a phone triage when the office is closed must schedule a follow-up office visit at their earliest convenience.
